Registration: Please send your registration by mail, fax, e-mail or Internet to MUNICH SEMINARS GmbH, Finkenstrasse 7 / III, D-80333 München, Fax (+49 89) 16 47 04, E-Mail info@munich-seminars.de. You will receive written confirmation of your registration as soon as possible. We wish to remind you that seminar participants must as a rule have completed their studies in a medical profes-sion. Please keep this in mind when naming a substitute participant.
Fee: The Seminar costs will be due when you receive the invoice and should be remitted immediately. Participation in the seminar is conditional upon full payment of the invoice amount. If payment is delayed, we reserve the right to charge a penalty of 5,00 € per reminder. We explicitly reserve the right to claim further damages.
Withdrawal/cancellation: In the event that applicants for the seminar cancel their application, a fee will be charged regardless of the reason for cancellation according to the following scale:
Cancellation must be notified in writing.
The contractual partner is explicitly permitted to prove that no damage has been caused or is substan-tially less than the flat fee.
A substitute participant may be proposed. As a special service we offer the possibility to register for a different seminar for at least the same price at an extra charge of 50,00 €, if there is a vacancy. The applicant must then re-register at least 14 days before the originally booked seminar begins. Please note that the course booked as a substitute cannot be cancelled free of charge.
If applicants fail to cancel their registration punctually and fail to name a substitute participants or reg-ister for a different seminar, we must insist on payment of the full seminar fee. No refund will be made for instruction which the participant cannot attend due to illness or for other reasons.
Cancellation by MUNICH SEMINARS GmbH: Please understand that we must reserve the right to cancel seminars without observing a deadline, for example if an instructor is ill or prevented from hold-ing the course, if there are too few participants or for other reasons for which MUNICH SEMINARS GmbH cannot be held responsible. If the seminar fee was already paid, it will be refunded immedi-ately. Additional claims are excluded. This applies in particular to costs for the seminar participant re-sulting from cancellations by patients, reserving accommodation, travel to the seminar venue or simi-lar, except in cases of intentional or grossly negligent conduct on the part of employees or subcontrac-tors of MUNICH SEMINARS GmbH.
Accompanying working papers / copyright: Directly before each seminar, you will receive from us a course script which is copyrighted and may not be reproduced in whole or in part without the explicit written permission of MUNICH SEMINARS GmbH. We provide the scripts exclusively for our partici-pants. We reserve the right to exclude participants who commit such an offence from participation in further seminars.
Attendance certificate: At the end of the seminar, we issue attendance certificates for the partici-pants. Please note that under present legislation, the seminars held by MUNICH SEMINARS GmbH do not constitute professional training but are instead considered further education. Attendance does not entitle participants to perform therapy or hold a professional title.
Data privacy: Data given to us is stored in the IT system. In addition, your address and telephone number will be made accessible to the other participants by means of a list of participants. Should you object to this, please inform us accordingly when you register.
Further information: MUNICH SEMINARS GmbH reminds participants that the conceptional ap-proach of Integrative Manual Therapy™ may at times differ from conventional observations of ortho-dox medicine. This applies to the pathogenesis, diagnosis and therapy of illnesses and functional dis-turbances. MUNICH SEMINARS GmbH assumes no liability for the correctness and applicability of the subject material taught by the instructors.
Limitation of liability / exemption from liability: Seminar participants attend the seminar in the rooms for this purpose at their own risk. They act at their own risk in demonstrations and exercises which participants conduct with patients or other seminar participants.
If seminar participants harm third parties during the exercises or demonstrations, this shall not affect their liability. Claims for damages, regardless of the legal reason, vis-à-vis speakers, employees or other agents of MUNICH SEMINARS GmbH are excluded provided such damage is not caused by imputable, grossly negligent or intentional acts.
