CRNS 501
In this Advanced Cranial Course, the student will learn about Postural Reflexes. In addition, the student will be introduced to more Compression Syndromes for the eyes, ears, nose and mouth. The focus of this seminar is to improve balance, coordination and equilibrium of the head and neck, trunk, low back and pelvis, arms and legs. You will learn how to use an approach which affects the vestibular system with cranial therapy.
Introductory methods of Proprioceptive Neuromuscular facilitation to enhance balance, coordination, strength and equilibrium and techniques to decrease pain and dysfunction of the craniofacial structures are presented.
CRNS 505
During the EARs course, the student will develop clinical skills through extensive lab time, focused on correcting the position and reducing the tension of the vestibular mechanisms. This correction will result in decreased headaches and ringing in the ear (tinnitus) whether chronic, severe, from birth or traumatic. Typically following this treatment, the patient reports improved balance. Often, there are reports of improved hearing. During this course, the student will learn basic and advanced IMT. It is evident that a very large population, including all ages, genders, and diagnoses present with this dysfunction. This problem is often primary, contributing to other pain and dysfunction. For this reason, many patients improve dramatically with a decrease in multiple signs and symptoms when this problem is corrected.
